Whether it be the right neighborhood for her buyers or attracting multiple offers for listings and negotiating top-dollar deals, Karrie loves to help people find their perfect home. She has helped clients buy and sell homes throughout Northwest Arkansas, and she does it all with a smile. Karrie  understands the distinctness of each local real estate market, she knows how to listen to what people want, and she works tirelessly on behalf of her amazing clients.

Karrie graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2004, where she majored in Marketing.  She obtained her real estate license in 2007, and has never looked back. She truly loves the relationship side of helping her clients.

Karrie currently lives in Fayetteville with her husband, Joseph, three kids, Sawyer, Tallulah & Ivy, and her sheepadoodle, Moose.  When she’s not cheering on her kids at one of their many activities, she can often be found walking around Downtown Fayetteville, boating on Beaver Lake, catching a concert at the Walmart Amp or calling the Hogs at any of the Razorback sporting events!
